Chris Maguire has over 20 years of experience in a variety of fields including mergers and acquisitions, broadcast media, digital media, advertising media, wireless infrastructure, capital raising, and financial modeling. Chris graduated from James Madison University – College of Business with a Bachelors in Accounting & Finance. He worked at Ernst and Young in mergers and acquisitions before leaving for broadcasting. He has served as a CFO, COO, and CEO for multiple companies. He brings a unique combination of operating and financial skills. Prior to joining Involution, Chris was the co-founder & CFO of Riviera Broadcast Group, worked with American Tower Corporation, American Radio Systems and EZ Communications among others. Chris is the owner of The Maguire Group, a management and advisory services consulting firm based in Sacramento, California.

Paige Blankenship is an accomplished, senior marketing professional successful at establishing the vision and strategies necessary to grow a brand and company. She excels at partnering with all core business operations to significantly increase the company’s footprint, develop new programs, and generate revenue. Paige has a proven ability to manage product development/production processes from concept through finished product, with close attention to budgets, time frames, quality and product specifications. Paige is a team builder with strong brand development and management skills. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensics from Weber State University and a Masters of Arts in Marketing from San Diego State University. Darren Presher is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Business Economics and German Language, and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is currently a partner for Delagnes, Mitchell & Linder LLP, a San Francisco-based public accounting firm. He began his career at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). Darren’s specialties are U.S. taxation and financial planning.

Daniel Presher is an attorney. He graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, and received his law degree from University of California Hastings Law School. Daniel also has a deep accounting background. Before entering Law School he worked for the IRS. He first practiced at a San Francisco Bay Area Law firm, then left to start his own Law firm, the Law Offices of Daniel A. Presher. Daniel is recognized by his peers as an expert in a number of specific legal areas.
